Age concession for Ex-servicemen:-
“ Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules or in the special rules for the various State and Subordinate Services, an ex – serviceman who has not completed 48 years of age , if he does not belong to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Backward class or Most Backward Class or DE notified Community and 53 years , if he belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Backward Class or Most Backward Class or DE notified Community on the 1st day of July of the year in which the selection for appointment is made, but is otherwise qualified shall be eligible for such appointment.”
“Persons serving in the Armed Forces shall be eligible to apply for posts under the Government if they are due to Complete the specified term of their engagement in the Armed forces within one year from the last date prescribed by the appropriate authority for receipt of the application in respect of a particular recruitment. Essential Qualification:
- Must have passed plus-two Examination.
- Must possess, Certificate in Medical Lab Technology Course (one-year duration) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education; and
iii. Must have a good physique, good vision and capacity to do outdoor work.
Mode of selection:
Academic and technical qualification merit and
Personal interview (PI)
Pay Scale: Consolidated pay of Rs.8000/-per month.
The recruiters will be absorbed into the regular time scale vacancies in the Primary Health Centers (PHC’s) under the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department, after completion of a minimum of two (2) years of service (excluding leave period) on consolidated pay, subject to availability of regular vacancies(strictly based on seniority and eligibility).
