Essential Qualification: MBBS Degree & Must be a registered practitioner within the meaning of the Madras Medical Registration Act, 1914.

UR & OBC applicant: Rs.750/- and Rs.375/-for SC/ ST/ PH/women applicants. Application fee can be made through following modes.
Online Mode: Candidates have to pay the fee through online payment gateway, i.e. Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit card or Mobile wallet Payment.
Offline Mode: Candidates have to pay the fee with bank charges through System generated payment Challan at any of the branches of Indian Bank.
