To get new gas connection click on “New Request”.
In the application form you need to fill your personal details such as salutation, first name, last name, middle name, D.O.B, Spouse name etc.
Address for new lpg gas connection: POA Category, POA Detail, House, street no, Pin Code, Land Mark, town, state, District, Distributor name, mobile no, email id etc.
Other details: Proof of Identity (POI) such as ration card number and voter ID card etc.
