Post no-1- Intermediate under council of higher secondary education, pass D. Parma examination from any govt Medical College or Hospital

Post no-3- Intermediate, pass health Worker Female Training Course conducted by the Odisha State Nursing and Midwives Board or Pass from INCI
Post no-4- Intermediate, Passed Diploma in Medial Laboratory Technology examination from any Govt Medical College or Hospital
