Essential Qualification: Higher Secondary Examination or Uchcha Madhyamik Examination in the Science stream with Mathematics and Physics having at least 50% marks in Science subjects or with Geography (Pure).

Competitive examination to be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission, West Bengal.
